The hotel was located short walk to a lot of restaurants as well as the metro station of san Giovanni. It was tastefully decorated, warm and with a terrace. We walked everywhere, the location was great and perfect, close to subway.

i loved the staff, they are extremely friendly and helpful. it has comfortable and unbeatable location in san giovanni district very close to the coliseum, the metro station, supermarkets, shops, great restaurants and bars, and great restaurants.

Great value for money. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice terrace. The location is unbeatable, with the subway station just a short walk away. Breakfast is delicious, especially the cappuccinos made by the friendly host.

This hotel is in a great location, just a stone's throw away from San Giovanni Metro Station. The rooms are very clean and cozy, with a terrace to relax on. The breakfast is amazing with delicious home-made cakes and a wonderful cappuccino, offered kindly by the host.
Everything was great and exceeded our expectations.
